Now that’s out of the way, let me just say I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, full-service, realtor who’s picture is right beside Webster’s definition of integrity. Rick truly understands his job is to serve buyers and sellers. In addition, he has an amazing team handling details and providing everything from engineering surveys to lists of the phone numbers to get utilities started, flooring folks, painters, carpenters and everything else that pops up in a real estate transaction. He has a particularly strong tie to the “Man Upstairs” and it was such a blessing to have him as a buyer’s agent when I needed to make sure I was making the right decisions. He prayed with me and for me. He is also helping me sell some properties and I know it will be handled professionally and with the greatest attention to detail.

He dealt with my millions of questions, without ever showing an ounce of annoyance and happily explained the entire process as we went through it. Having a small child, who had to tag along for most of the process, can be a bit difficult. Will not only happily accepted her company, but was beyond helpful with her and included her in the process! It is clearly evident that Will is not focused on earning his commission, but focused on genuinely helping families find their perfect house - and work through the process to get a deal that best suits them. There were a few times during this process that it felt like the house of our dreams may not work out, due to lenders or other factors, Will worked tirelessly to help us achieve closing on our dream house! There were many late night or early texts and emails that Will happily replied to. Will put my family first through this entire process, and genuinely cared about helping us - not the money. Originally we met Will by looking at a house that he was helping the owner sell, but his honesty is what drew us to asking him to help us find a house! Rick is very quick to reply and when we had to come back to California he was committed to looking for us everyday until we found the right property. He was extremely flexible to meet our demanding schedules - always making himself available to look at a house, answer questions (24/7,) meet at our eventual home before and following closing, etc. This was even more valuable to us given we were out-of-state buyers. Jake quickly understood our needs/dreams and provided us with a variety of homes to tour that met our criteria, maximizing the time we had available. His knowledge of the individual properties (including buy/sell history) and the local market were paramount in our selection process. He provided great guidance during the offer/negotiation phase and helped us arrive at a very satisfying contract. With a 30-day close, he and his team were very efficient at scheduling and coordinating the multitude of inspections (home, pool, well, septic, etc.) required when purchasing a lake-front home. This commitment to service continued throughout the closing process (working with our lender, title company, seller, etc.) Our closing was quick and without surprise. As a first time home buyer she will make sure you know what you're looking at and looking for. She does her research and even on a "time frame" will not let you "settle" on a house if it doesn't seem like the right fit.
